We’re excited to get your glow going! Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping at Glow So Good.
📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours (3 business days) of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
🚚 Shipping Timeframes
Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or peak holiday periods.

📨 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your glow all the way to your doorstep.
If you don’t see your tracking email, check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us at Hello@glowsogood.com.
🚫 Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
📬 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for further assistance.
